Mark Dunn is the author of three novels: A Girl in Mind, The Last Night, and Testament. He is from Swarthmore, Pennsylvania, but has lived most of his adult life in Ohio, Maine, and North Carolina. He is married to the photographer Piper Warlick and teaches English at a small private school outside of Charlotte.

The character Phylum from The Last Night is a perfect example. He just showed up and started doing and saying insane things. I love that. (less)

Testament

So, my new book comes out in a few days, and while normally this kind of thing fails to give me much pause, I have to admit that I'm a little nervous this time. I've never written anything outside the genres of horror and supernatural thriller, and this book fits into neither of those categories.
