John Gray was born in 1984 in Belfast, Northern Ireland. He grew up as 'that weird quiet, skinny kid who likes dinosaurs and doesn't play sports'.
Friends were in and out of his life a lot until his early teens, but a love of stories, on screen and page, helped him find his way through.
He is married to Debby and they have one child, Haley- Jayne. They currently live on the North Coast in County Antrim, Northern Ireland.
John has been a keen writer and day- dreamer for years, and thousands (and thousands) of words later, has released his first proper novel.
When he's not writing he's playing video-games, watching movies, sporadically working out, or building Lego castles with Haley-Jayne. He may or may not be addicted to caffeine.

George R.R. Martin
“Oh, my sweet summer child," Old Nan said quietly, "what do you know of fear?
Fear is for the winter, my little lord, when the snows fall a hundred feet
deep and the ice wind comes howling out of the north. Fear is for the long
night, when the sun hides its face for years at a time, and little children
are born and live and die all in darkness while the direwolves grow gaunt and
hungry, and the white walkers move through the woods”
George R.R. Martin, A Game of Thrones
