David Glasgow is the founding executive director of the Meltzer Center for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, an adjunct professor at New York University School of Law, and coauthor of the award-winning book "Say the Right Thing: How to Talk about Identity, Diversity, and Justice" and the forthcoming book "How Equality Wins: A New Vision for an Inclusive America" (Simon & Schuster, 2026).
