Author-Illustrator Jillian Lee lives with her family and two dogs on the Connecticut shoreline and has a passion for training and development and all things creative. Her debut book, "Rylee Finds a Family: a happy puppy tale," is a 2022 Tassy Walden Awards Finalist for New Voices in Children's Literature. Rylee Finds a Family was inspired by her family's childhood pets who were known to snuggle up together and included a lovebird, rescue cat, rescue green-winged macaw, too many fish to count, and Rylee, an Irish Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.
