Robert Schaefer is a retired U.S. Army Special Forces lieutenant colonel (Green Beret) and former U.S. diplomat with more than 40 years of experience working with elite teams and advising foreign heads of state, militaries, and Fortune 50 companies. He received the U.S. Special Operations Command and OSS Society Award of Excellence as “Operator of the Year” for all U.S. Special Operations Forces and the CIA, recognizing his historic achievements leading foreign forces in combat operations.
