“Mina gave a fake laugh. “An old journal from high school. Thought it would be funny. Mostly it’s boring and juvenile, boys, dances, catty girl stuff.” Mina had never gone to high school. Being called as a werewolf to hunt demons out of a camper at the age of ten left some social deficits. She’d based her lie on TV shows about teenagers. She didn’t believe they were entirely accurate, but considering how similar they all were there had to have some truth behind them.”
