O. Panisoara has Ph.D in Educational Sciences and he is a Professor in Educational Sciences at University of Bucharest(also chief of Teacher Training Department, he coordinates students in doctoral stages at Doctoral School - Faculty of Psychology and Educational Science). He wrote 14 books in pedagogy and educational psychology field (best seller - Efficient communication - many edition, book distingue with Romanian Academy Prize) and stories for children about developing personal success skills (also based on psychological and pedagogical studies):
