About six years ago, I started creating a gluten-free and casein-free diet for my family. Why Gluten Free?

As an infant, my first child didn’t tolerate formula or store-bought baby food, so I nursed him for some time as well as made his baby food.

Eventually, he was diagnosed on the autistic spectrum.
