Peter C. Rogers, D.D., Ph.D is one our planet's chosen Light-Workers. He is an author, Metaphysician and Certified Practitioner under The Universal Church of Metaphysics. He received his Spiritual Practitioners Certificate as well as his Ministerial Ordination from The Wisdom of The Heart Church in Arcata, California. He is the co-founder along with his wife Elsa of a Non-Profit organization called P.E.L.S.A which assist recovering persons with support services. He has been studying Spirituality and Metaphysics for over 18 years.
