Veronica Marie is a poet from Brooklyn who has love for literature. Ever since high school, she knew she wanted to be a writer! She wrote essays every day to strengthen her writing skills. Veronica Marie also loves to read poetry, which inspired her to take on poetry! Growing up, Veronica had ambitions. She originally wanted to be an illustrator, but that proved to be just a hobby. As a child she yearned for learning new things like reading. Her favorite forms of literature are comic books and nonfiction books. Veronica Marie hopes to inspire people like her who have been outcast. She came out as queer in college and never looked back! She hopes to one day inspire queer youth and women to be strong enough to take on their dreams!
