Trauma in all forms
Not all trauma looks the same.
Not all pain leaves bruises.
And not every wound comes from violence.
Some people carry trauma from abuse.
Some carry it from abandonment.
Others from silence, rejection, humiliation, neglect, addiction in the home, growing up too fast, never feeling safe, never feeling wanted, or constantly feeling like they had to earn love.
