Robert Durec is a Slovak polyhistor, author, filmmaker, and creative technologist whose work spans literature, film, and emerging technologies. He is best known for his allegorical novel King Who Lives Everything (Kráľ, ktorý všetkého má), a modern tale exploring life, purpose, and self‑realization.

In addition, he authored King Who Lives Everything – AI Translation Case Study, which documents the process of using artificial intelligence to translate the original book into English, highlighting how AI can assist literary translation while preserving style and nuance.
