Hey there, I'm Dan Thornton, and if you're a fan of sci-fi, we're probably already friends.

I’m a U.S. Navy vet who used to live life on the edge - literally. I served on the sprawling deck of an aircraft carrier, where my job was to wrangle F-14 Tomcats. Think of it as a daily dose of chaos, adrenaline, and jet engines that are trying their best to eat you. That real-world, high-stakes insanity became the fuel for my stories. I learned firsthand what true camaraderie combined with controlled chaos looked like, and I channel all of that into the books I write today.
