Dawson W. Gallow resides in Georgia, along with his wife and son, two dogs, and an ornery cat.

He was raised on Western movies and TV reruns, and like his father before him, he has always been in love with the genre. For as long as he can remember, Dawson has
wanted to be a cowboy.

Dawson has been a student of history since childhood, with a particular interest in the people and events of the nineteenth century. Although he loves creating a good story, research is his favorite element of writing.

Embers In The Wind is Dawson’s debut novel.
