Hello, my name is Merisa and I’m a Registered Dietitian, mom of a pre-teen boy and have 3 fur babies. I was born and raised in Michigan and later moved to Texas. I enjoy outdoor activities like walking, playing basketball or tennis, cooking new recipes, and traveling to new places. My passion is to teach nutrition in a fun and unique way. Throughout my own struggle with my healthy eating habits, I made it my mission to help other rediscover themselves and develop a new way of eating. It’s not about perfection but instead about making small goals that turn into sustainable changes.
