Whether you're a seasoned literary critic or a casual reader, your thoughts and opinions are valued and encouraged. • Building Community: Beyond exploring literature, our book club aims to foster a strong sense of camaraderie among its members. • Flexible Participation: We understand that everyone has unique schedules and commitments, which is why we offer flexible participation options. Whether you can attend our meetings at the scheduled time or prefer to participate by reading along without joining the discussions, there's a place for you in our book club. • Goodreads Integration: Our book club is hosted on Goodreads, offering convenient access to a wealth of features, facilitating seamless communication and engagement among members. How It Works: • The first book will be chosen and announced via our Teams group chat. • After this initial selection, employees are invited to add their book recommendations to The Reading Room's landing page, accompanied by a brief overview of each suggested book. • During our book club meetings, we'll review all the recommended books, and members will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite. • The book with the most votes will be selected as our next read. Meeting Schedule: • We'll convene on Teams every six weeks, with slots booked in advance to accommodate everyone's schedules. • If you're unable to attend, don't worry!
