Dr. Sebastian Filep, PhD, is a tourist behavior researcher with an interest in research on well being and quality of life. Dr. Filep is Assistant Professor at the Department of Tourism, University of Otago, New Zealand, and Honorary Research Fellow at Victoria University in Melbourne, Australia.

Sebastian is an avid traveler with a passion for foreign languages and cultures. Having lived and traveled in Serbia, Spain, Austria, Northern Australia, Sydney, Melbourne, and now New Zealand, he considers himself a citizen of the world and a perpetual, inquisitive, tourist.
