Vicious Devotion by Krissy Adol
“I’m not your friend,” I spat. “And if you touch her again, I’ll rip your f*king throat out,” “Violence is not always the answer,” he said.
“It is for me when it comes to my wife,” I replied.”

Vicious Devotion by Krissy Adol
“I’m clearly messing things up for you,” she said, biting her bottom lip.
I smirked. “Sweetheart, my life was already a mess. You’re a…delightful complication.” Her laughter rang out, bright and infectious.
“Delightful? Really? That’s what you think of me?” “Absolutely. You’re a whirlwind—chaos wrapped in a sultry package,” I said, matching her laughter with a grin.
“And I’m the fool who’s tangled up in it.”

Love this book! ♥️♥️♥️♥️ This type of genre might not be everyone's cup of tea but I do not care I genuinely enjoyed it. I would compare the darkness of this book to Hooked and I feel like this book is not as dark compared to some other books I have " Read more of this review »

“Looking into his intense green gaze, I knew he couldn’t be an angel—even one of death. He was the devil himself, but wasn’t the devil absolutely beautiful?”

“I’m not obsessed.” I told him. I was way past obsession. I was in a territory obsession couldn’t even touch.”

“Um, you may be the best-looking man I’ve ever seen, but you could be taking me to my demise like an angel of death.”

“I would die for her, yet she had no idea who I was.”

“Time’s up, Luna,” I whispered in her ear. She fought me all the way back to the room. I put her down, and she spun to face me as I locked the door. I turned to face her. Her cheeks were darkened, and when our gazes met, I saw the glimmer of something surprising. She was turned on by our little game. “You’re insane,” she spat, her voice sharp. “Why do you say that?” I quirked a brow, a smirk tugging at my lips. I found a twisted amusement in her defiance. Her eyes narrowed, turning into slits that could slice through steel. She looked adorable when she was angry, fire dancing behind her eyes. “Because you’re playing some kind of sick game,” she shot back, her breath quickening as I herded her toward the wall. “You stabbed me with a fork,” I reminded her, leaning in until our noses nearly touched. “You kidnapped me,” she countered, trying to sound fierce but failing to mask the slight tremor in her voice. “Kidnapped?” I chuckled, the sound echoing off the cold walls. “I didn’t kidnap you. I just took back what belongs to me.”
