This book holds such a special place in my heart because it’s the one that got me back into reading after a five year break <3 Reading has become such a big and impo 3.5★ “𝘽𝙚 𝙜𝙡𝙖𝙙 𝙤𝙛 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧 𝙝𝙪𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙝𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙩, 𝙁𝙚𝙮𝙧𝙚. 𝙋𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙩𝙝𝙤𝙨𝙚 𝙬𝙝𝙤 𝙙𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙖𝙣𝙮𝙩𝙝𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙖𝙩 𝙖𝙡𝙡.”

“𝘿𝙤𝙣’𝙩 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡 𝙗𝙖𝙙 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙤𝙣𝙚 𝙢𝙤𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙗𝙤𝙪𝙩 𝙙𝙤𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙗𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜𝙨 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙟𝙤𝙮.”

When you read this for the second/third/fourth time you can see the insane foreshadowing for the rest of the series. I will never shut up about my love for foreshadowing it just adds so much to stories for me!! There are also lots of small details you miss the first time and pick up on during a reread. Sarah you are an absolute queen.

So fourth time around my rating has gone down a bit. This is purely because I have read some other amazing and outstanding books in the last two years and in comparison this one had to have a bit of a lower rating. I also know that the world building and character development in the next books is so much better.

The first half of this book is a bit long and dull. Nothing really happens and Feyre and Tampon have this boring romance without any chemistry going on✨The second half more than makes up for it tho. The plot of the book really gets under way and a certain poor baby high lord shows up and has me giggling and kicking my feet IYKYK.
