Hello all. My name is Wayne McNeill. I was born, raised and continue to live in Toronto, Ontario. My poems and short prose pieces first appeared in various Canadian magazines and periodicals as well as four chapbooks including Angels Have No Hearts and Lola. My work has also been represented in several anthologies, most recently The Dominion of Love. My new book is called Songbook for Haunted Boys and Girls. It might be regarded as a memoir told in short prose pieces or very short stories or prose poems. It is in part a portrait of the Greek neighbourhood I live in: the shops, restaurants, pubs and patios, as well as the local characters.
