Don Graumann is a high-performance executive and leadership coach whose teams are known for delivering sustainable results. He has worked in insight-driven marketing for almost 30 years. His purpose is helping individuals and teams fulfill their potential. Don has a BS in Mathematics from Bates College and an MBA from Boston College. His math and programming roots taught him the value of focusing on “first principles,” a fundamental concept which he applies to everything in his life, including leadership and personal productivity. Don’t forget about the second dragon

I like the analogy casting a big challenge as a dragon to be slayed. Today everyone is talking about the AI dragon. How can we adapt to the massive disruption? What opportunities will be created? We need to understand the AI dragon so we can slay it.

There is a second dragon that is hurting us today that we are essentially ignoring. It is the corporatism dragon.
