Rachel Peters is an Ohio author who recently published The Poet's Tarot, a poetry collection focused on the Rider-Waite-Smith tarot deck. She writes science fiction and fantasy in addition to poetry, and is hoping to publish those novel projects in the near future.

Rachel works as a middle school language arts teacher and holds an M.A. in English. During her undergraduate career at Heidelberg University, she graduated summa cum laude with majors in English (with a concentration in writing) and adolescent/young adult education.

When Rachel isn't working and/or writing, she can be found adding to her CD collection (she's still attached to the 90s), going to concerts, endlessly window shopping, and, of course, reading (both books and tarot). Sh ...more
