Fear can be a formidable foe, especially for children. As an Idaho-based writer and creator of the Chaney Twins Stories, I've dedicated my writing to helping young readers confront and conquer their fears. Having successfully conquered two of my own fears and guided teen family members through theirs, I've done extensive research into Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Exposure Therapy, and Social Learning Therapy.
While many other good books cater to young children, the Chaney Twins chapter books are designed specifically for youth aged 7-10. These books not only encourage readers to begin overcoming their fears but also stress the importance of discussing these fears with trusted adults.

The Grandpa Stories

Just let you know, The Grandpa Stories listed on my page are not available.
They were the first iteration of The Chaney Twins stories before I really understood the importance of creating stories to help 7-10 year-olds face their fears.
