Ben Hoffman is the author of a fiction chapbook, Together, Apart (Origami Zoo Press, 2014). His fiction has won the Chicago Tribune's Nelson Algren Award and Zoetrope's Short Fiction Prize, and has also been published by Granta, The Missouri Review, The Southern Review, The Sun, and others. He was the 2014-2015 Carol Houck Smith Fiction Fellow at the University of Wisconsin, a 2015-2017 Wallace Stegner Fellow at Stanford University, and a 2020 NEA Literature Fellow.
