In technology, sales and consulting roles, John C. Beach has worked in large organizations, growing enterprises, fast-paced technology innovators, and small start-ups.

In those years, there never seemed enough time to write for fun. That is, until fatherhood, when Beach joined the ranks of stay-at-home dads. During long nights with half-sleepy babies, and later, on lengthy drives to school, plots were formed, heroes were born, and real history became a backdrop for fictional adventures including Secured In Stone.

While researching world history and writing the fictional Secured In Stone, he also authored the non-fiction book Egyptian Pi, which examines mathematics in ancient Egyptian art.
