Saffron, I beta-read and reviewed your book as a memoir. I am intrigued to know why you have changed the genre, I feel rather disgruntled that I read your book in good faith that it was based on facts and now I find out that it was fiction. Why change the ending? Is it a marketing ploy that we have to re-buy your book to find out the new fictional ending? Or can I just download the update from Amazon?

The book IS a memoir …moreHi Janet, I haven't been back on Goodreads for a long time and have only seen just seen this! Sorry, unless I did answer before. The book IS a memoir and I explained at the time about 25% is based on other people's experiences not my own and a tad of fantasy. The new ending was actually the original but I was advised at the time to by the publisher to make it happier and keep the couple together however in real life, as in new ending, we did split up!
Anyway, the updated version with new cover is still on Amazon and I have just released my new book under a different pen name, Skye Coelho. 2020 When Time Stood Still. Thank you for your input. X(less)
