B Philippe is a mushroom-foraging, biscuit-baking pacifist, who lives in the
shadows of the Welsh valleys. She pulls inspiration from the magic found in
everyday life and is easily distracted by anything that sparkles. She enjoys eating bubblegum-flavoured sweets (especially if they’re blue), picking up rocks and writing poetry for her husband.
Diamond Spice is her debut novel.

Another wonderfully-told tale from Jack Croxall. Exponent is fascinating, playful and full of suspense. I especially enjoyed the riddles and the Sagan Monstrosity Cards card game. Packed with great ideas!

Genuinely one of the best books I have -ever- read. “I found myself both repulsed and allured”
What a way with words! David Kane’s Drippy Trippy Doom sits unapologetically amongst House of Leaves, The Wasp Factory and the works of HP Lovecraft. Embrac

A gritty collection of poetry that evokes immediate, visceral response and lingers long after with shocking carnality.

My favourite entries were:

* In Black leather
* To Rance Preibus 🦋

James S.A. Corey
“—it reaches out it reaches out it reaches out it reaches out— One hundred and thirteen times a second, nothing answers and it reaches out. It is not conscious, though parts of it are. There are structures within it that were once separate organisms; aboriginal, evolved, and complex. It is designed to improvise, to use what is there and then move on. Good enough is good enough, and so the artifacts are ignored or adapted. The conscious parts try to make sense of the reaching out. Try to interpret it.”
