Steven Beeber You too (cool, that is.)

What were you doing in Allston/somerville?

You familiar with my other book, "AWAKE! A Reader for the Sleepless"?

M.moore hey i used to live in allston and work in somerville--my interest in others is as capricious as that :) at any rate, you seem cool.

Steven Beeber hurrah! ... that you will read it, that is, not that your sleepless.

zzzzzz

Steven Beeber Febreze is where it's at. I'm thinking of investing in the company that creates it (if only I had enough disposable income to invest anywhere in these post apocalyptic times.) ..... Of course, the big question now is what do you think of the contents of the book? Do they stink too? Or are you now embracing insomnia as a friend so that you can spend more time with AWAKE?

Steven Beeber That's what you get for buying at discount instead putting extra quarters in royalties in my pocket.

Seriously, sorry to hear about the Stankonia! Hang in there.

Steven Beeber Much more than this. I'm just not great about updating the site. In fact, I teach contemporary lit (among other things) in Boston, and should be getting ready for class now. In the meantime, here are a few other books I've read recently and liked: "The Human Stain" by Phillip Roth, "I Pass Like Night" by Jonathan Ames and a new biography of John Lennon. Glad to have you as a friend.

Melanie You should read a little bit more! ;)

(or add more books,'cause I guess you already read more than this...)

I'm curious!

Steven Beeber That's a possibility too. Here's an idea -- start reading now and don't stop till you're finished. That should cover a lot of ground.

Steven Beeber Woo hoo!

Get those pages turning!!

Seriously, hope you enjoy,

jp

Steven Beeber Good point! I'll get on it right away. Good to hear from you, sb
