My co-worker did not believe i knew you - so no cool factor-i was not going for that. I was trying to talk about her history, while they were focusing on the usual E! gossip crap. They then moved onto Brad Pitt's lip hair-i kid you not! I work to save lives, and they giggle about this stuff.
Glad I could help with your "cool" factor among your friends. Don't they have more interesting things to concern themselves with?
people were talking at work this weekend about Bettie-so i told them about you and your grandfather. They could not believe i knew you via Goodreads! Sure Noran--good for you. silly fools and little lives, watch twight movies and the hills-whatever that is-I only know about from watching The Soup!

December 6, 2008LOS ANGELES - Bettie Page, one of the most notable models of the 20th century, is hospitalized in intensive care after suffering a heart attack in Los Angeles.
Mark Roesler, Page's agent and attorney, says the 85-year-old is "critically ill."
He says she suffered a heart attack Tuesday and remains hospitalized.
He would not comment further on her condition.
Just read up on your grandfather--very impressive. What a history!
