I'm going to be featured on NPR's "Crime in the City" on Monday morning, taking correspondent Jennifer Ludden on a tour of Providence, R.I., where my Mulligan crime novels are set. The segment is scheduled to air at 6:50 and again at 8:50 EST, with repeats in the western time zones. There will also be a web version, with audio available on the NPR website, www.npr.org.

The honor, sponsored by "Deadly Pleasures" magazine, will be presented at Bouchercon, the big crime writing festival, in St. Louis in the summer.
