Lyda...thanks so much for your message. I always tried to answer reader's letters, had a part time secretary then. I used a form letter b/c the mail load was large, but we tried to send it out to all who wrote and sent letters to my publisher. I still try and answer messages on FB and here on Goodreads. You have inspired me in so many ways that I can't even begin to describe what an impact you have had on my life. Your writing touches my soul. I will never forget when I picked up Six Months to Live when I was in 6th grade. I was hooked. I am so pleased to see you are still writing. Do you have a PO BOX? I sent a letter a long time ago to the publishing house. Haha. But I don't know if you ever received it.

That sounds great and I have most of your books but I'm going to ask more of your books for Christmas and I get it because I mail all of my bracelets to everyone and it does cost a lot of money and I'm going to send you a bracelet in the mail

Here's what I do for signed book requests: I autograph large labels and mail them to the reader b/c Mailing books back and forth is a hassle and expensive. So you'll have to send me:

1. Your full name and address---send it to me via my commercial mailbox lurlenemcdaniel709@comcast.net
2. The number of labels you want (limit 7)

Thank you for sharing. I know your life isn't easy, but I'm peased to learn about you making bracelets. One thing I know about life--nothing is as rewarding as helping others especially when you are hurting. I don't know why it's true, but it is. Keep up your good work and so glad your wish t Disney came true.

Your welcome and I love reading your books and the reason I decided to read your books is because I have a medical problem and it's called broncho pulmonary dysplasia and it's in both of my lungs and I was in the hospital until I was 14 months old and I was a premature baby so I have an oxygen in my nose and a g-tube in my stomach and I'm making bracelets for the make a wish foundation of New Jersey and the reason I'm doing that because I got a wish to go to Disney world with my family and my nurse
