Awww, thanks Teri! I'm so stoked you loved it! You can read some of the stuff I'm working on in my profile under P.Q.'s writing. Everyone seems to love "Fairy". Check it out. :)

Hi P.Q.,thanks for the friendship. I'm always like to read new books, especially from new author, too. For me it is great to see that when people have a idea and write it down, other people will like the story, too :-) A lot of famous author started with small steps and so I wish you many success with your book :-)

Hey Cheryl, Guess what? They Had it. I bought it and am planning to read it as soon as I finish two I'm reading right now. I don't normally read two books at once, but I promised a friend who is as yet unpublished that I would read her manuscript and give her some feedback, and I received an ARC from another writer which I'm almost finished with. But then I will be sure to get right on "The Bride". I also picked up a couple of Lisa Kleypus books. I haven't read anything by her either but I keep seeing her books pop up on updates from friends so I thought I'd give her a shot. Got anymore you want to recommend by Garwood? There were dozens at the store. If the price marked on the back is $7.99, I pay $4.10. Cool huh?

I hope they have it... let me know what you think when you read it. I've never met anyone who read a Garwood book and didn't fall in love with her style of writing.

Thanks for the friendvite and for answering my question! I have heard many good things about Kathleen Woodiwiss' books... I haven't read any of them but I have some in my TBR. Julie Garwood is like that for me.. she was the first historical romance author that I read and to this day is my absolute favorite!I look forward to getting to know you better and chatting about books! :)

It's people like you who buy my book, read it and give it great reviews that has had a hand in getting the word out there. I'm so excited about all that's happening. It's kinda surreal though. lol

It is amusing that I do get some references to Hammer or Beaton as they share my initials. I rather like MC as it as easily known as the word, "emcee' and my true initials. And after your reply, I have assume that your name is not a nom de plume, either.

It is funny about my initials, isn't it? Actually, they P. stands for Phyllis and the Q. is the first letter in my maiden name. I've always hated the name Phyllis. I was growing up at the same time Phyllis Diller was popular and people would call me by her name, making fun of me. My Dad was a little more gracious. He usually called me Phyllis Dillis. Then I had a girl I worked with who called me Phyl Dill. So you see why I chose to use the initials instead? lol
Anyway, thanks for accepting my friend request.
"I'll be watching you too!" lol
Thanks for the friendship...I find it terribly interesting you use the nom de plume, P.Q. Glisson. You see, where I was raised we were always told to watch our P's and Q's. So, it seems to follow that I should watch you!
Thanks for the rec Primal Hunger hun, I'm not sure I can find it, the second book looks to be coming to Canada. So I'll have to check it out!T~
