Hey Graeme! "Deceased Estate" is entirely stand-alone - it's a little Trev and Oscar story that I had in my head but didn't really fit into the plot of the main series. "The Ghost's Story" ties in more closely with the overarching Brackenford storyline, and although I wouldn't describe it as necessary to read in order to keep up, it provides a little background colour, shall we say! It's essentially Agatha's backstory, so if you're interested to know how she became a ghost (among other things) then you might want to check it out.

Many thanks for the purchases - much appreciated!

Graeme Rodaughan Hi Nick, is it necessary to read the n.5 books to keep up with what happens in books 1, 2 and 3? Or are they stand alone?

Inquiring minds would like to know.

P.S. If you spot a couple of aussie Kindle sales just now - it woz me.
