Excellent find on those books! You have the EXACT same copy of 'The Neverending Story' that I have. Mine is very dog-eared now, I've had it for years (another very early book acquisition for me, probably should have been on my challenge answer for you).

I've had 'The Scar' by Mieville on my bookshelf for about a year now. I've been put off reading it as it's so big and won't fit in my bag so plannin on only reading it at home so I don't have to carry it round.

You seem to be a much faster reader than I am though so probably not the best book to do a buddy read with. Especially as I'll probably only manage a chapter or two per night. I have loads of books on my shelves just waiting to be read though, I'll have to make a list and let you know.

Ray Bradbury is amazing!!!

I actually grabbed a sample of Cloak and Dagger and like it so much I am going to buy it, once I am not doing twenty things at once because everyone is home because its raining outside lol

Thank you for accepting! I loved your blog post about keeping Goodreads good and it really spoke to me :) I confess that at a very early age I started to hate bedtime stories, and that hate has translated into a hate of audiobooks today - they just don't go FAST ENOUGH for my liking!! :)

Me too! I absolutely adore my copy, mostly because my teacher signed it and she died in a car accident a few years ago so it means a lot to me.
