Just a little miscellaneous geekery for you."
That's hilarious! Love the geekery.

I missed this post somehow, Joy, sorry. I'm not sure how I feel about this news. I don't really know that actress yet, but this makes me even more interested in Fincher's next movie, The Social Network, so that I can see her in action.

I'll reply to your e-mail later this week when I actually have something to report!
Love to you and the fam,
L

I've never heard of her. Have you read the Hornet's Nest one yet? I liked it a lot!

And then I came home and lo and behold I've received an autographed Simkulet book as well.
Thanks so much and I will start reading soon. Hope all is well in that New Found Land.

Why do people other than Lucas make it so much damn better?

I just read a graphic novel Dungeon Quest: Book 1 by Joe Daly from Fantagraphics. It was weird and funny as hell. Like Dungeons & Dragons on crack. I think you'd dig it.

I finally just watched that one, Meredith. EXACTLY!

I'm trying to plan a trip to Europe so I've been reading travel guides from the library.
Happy St. Patrick's Day!

I am a knob. I meant to get back to you about that, David. I don't even remember what distracted me now, but then I completely forgot to come back. And you're right...I should.
The preferred mode is to buy from Amazon or Indigo. I think it is great that you have your own imprint to re-establish.

I'm going to pursue a publisher for my 2nd book but will self-publish again if i don't find one. However, i do not think i'll go POD--i will likely re-establish my Bedhead Books imprint again. Note the book i'm reading, right now, http://www.goodreads.com/book/show/51...
i'm catching up on the process and the latest techniques.

Did you get a chance to read The Little Black Fish? I see that I have attracted some attention from the group members. I am looking forward to your comments considering that although the book is for children yet, the author has wonderfully inserted messages in the story which shows a path only uderstandable by advanced readers and adults (in most cases).
I see many discussions posted for different books listed in this category and they are great discussions. But none asked me this question: "How can a children's book have "political" contents and be "banned?" Please tell me what you think.
Thanks a lot,
