re 114, i have added Erika Shoemaker as an author on both books. It is procedure to credit the authors as they appear in the book, but we can also put your preferred name as another author and put a note in the description for Erika Shoemaker's profile pointing in the direction of Erika [whatever]. To claim the Erika Shoemaker author profile, go here:

Scroll to the bottom and click on 'Is this you? Let us know.' However, I believe each profile requires a separate, unique email address associated with it, so you may want to NOT claim this one and instead claim the author profile for your preferred name. The extra space is supposed to be there. It is what keeps you separate from the other Susan Beck.
