I have not read this book and I probably never will.
I enjoy 'true murder' stories, such as Ann Rule. Have also been reading the life stories of famous people, John Kennedy, John Wayne, Princess Di, Jackie Kennedy and Katharine Hepburn.
"Follow the River" is a true story about a woman that was captured by the Indians and her journey back home. Very very good!!
Another very good book to read is "Women's Diaries of the Westward Journey." Pioneer life of the women on the wagon trails going west in their own words, every one should read this!!
