Also if you are offering all 4, are the all considered paranormal? In the group here we separate paranormal book from horror, even though some fall into both, so I just want to make the are put in the correct genre. Thanks, Lisa
Hi Lisa, it's a ghost story. I don't know if it's more horror than paranormal. It's been compared to the style of Edgar Alan Poe. I've never read him, so I'm not sure. :)

This thread is to explain and discuss the rules for Read 2 Review. Do not post books or interest in participating in this location. Authors interested in donating please list your name and book either under the PARANORMAL-Authors Interesting in Donating or HORROR-Authors Interested in Donating threads. Stories can be in the form of novels, novellas, novelettes, short stories, literary magazines, fanfiction, poems, or anything that is published and can be reviewed that falls into Paranormal or Horror. Readers will have to wait until the Author is granted permission and creates a separate thread to feature their book. From there, as the reader, you can sign up and communicate with the Author. Any general questions please ask me here. These rules are here so we can try to protect everyone and make this work in a fun way :D
READERS:
* The first people to sign up on the R2R HORROR Author Threads and R2R PARANORMAL Author Threads will receive a copy of the ebook from the Author. Correspondences with the Author should be made on the thread, not via private messages. If you don't feel comfortable putting your email on the thread, which is usually needed for the Author to gift you the ebook, that's okay to send a direct message to the Author but your comment voicing your interest should be made in the thread first. Also, please do not harass authors by sending them private message prior to their allotted time frame, meaning they have not made a separate thread yet.
* By signing up for this event, you are agreeing to Read AND Review the ebook within 3 Weeks of receiving it.
* If you do not complete this task after receiving a copy of the ebook you will receive a warning, after two warnings you forfeit your right to participate in future contests, giveaways, and events run by the group. * If there are true extenuating circumstances, the mods will (at their discretion) decide if this applies.
* You may participate in as many R2R Giveaways as you like, as long as you follow the rules.
* As a reader it is up to you to be responsible and let the Author know that you have received their book and when you have reviewed it by using the Authors book thread located in the R2R folder.
* Constructive criticism is good but let’s not be vicious about another’s work. You are not obligated to love every piece of work you read, but let’s not be mean about it or abuse a person or their work! I would like to think no one in this group is like that but I want to make sure. If Anyone Does This They Will Be Kick Out Of The Group Right Away!
AUTHORS:
* You must provide a reusable download code (up to ten uses) or a duplicate copy of your ebook in order to participate. This is required. PDF copies or smashword coupons are great and most common!
* You may enter multiple books for the R2R event, and each book may be cycled twice. Once your first alloted feature month is completed, it will have to go to the bottom of the waiting list to feature it a second month. Also, if you enter multiple books in one setting under the same category, they will be slated together on the Paranormal or Horror Waiting Lists for the same date in the same slot, with a maximum of three books in one date slot. If you wish to offer more than three books and list them all at once, it will be broken into multiple slots (1-3 books= 1 slot, 4-6 books=2 slots and so on).
* To enter a book or books for this event, simply reply under the PARANORMAL-Authors Interesting in Donating or HORROR-Authors Interested in Donating threads with the name of your book(s) you are willing to donate. Once you choose the Paranormal or Horror category, it cannot be changed! Also your book can only be put under one thread, meaning it cannot be put under both paranormal and horror. Your name and book will then be added the R2R Paranormal-master list with potential dates or R2R Horror-master list with potential dates. These are waiting lists. Roughly 3-5 days before your date comes up, one of the moderators will contact you via DM. Once contacted, it is then up to you to create a thread in the Read 2 Review Horror or Paranormal Author Threads folder. Don't worry; we will give this link as well as step-by-step directions to you when contacted in the DM. In your new thread, you should include formats available, amount available, a brief description of your book and links to where you would like reviews published. It would be appreciated if you could provide more than one format if possible (.ePub, .mobi, PDF, etc...)
* Readers should respond to you, the Author, in your thread (they should not be making request through DM). The exception is exchanging emails or giving out coupon codes. The original interest should still be made on the thread. It is up to the author to keep tabs on who has received, read and reviewed their work. We ‘the Group’ are only the tool in which you are able to use. We hold no responsibility for people not completing reviews or anything else as we can’t control an individual’s actions. By signing up you are acknowledging that. However if you inform us of a reader failing in his or hers part then we will endeavor to contact them and give them a warning.
* If the author cannot participate when their featured month comes up and still wants to participate at a later time, then he/she can add their request to the bottom of the Horror or Paranormal-Authors Interested in Donating List. This may only occur one time .
