Actually none of those should be combined together. Fixed.
This book needs a separate entry to City of the Sorcerers, I believe. I don't think it's an alternative title edition.
Also this book too. There are two volumes. Vol.1 is "The War of Powers" Vol. 2 is The War of Powers: Istu Awakened"
