In Origin it could say. Because it's dual POV he could be looking back on the memories they shared.

it wasn't mentioned in Opal though but we are talking about Deamon Black. i am positive that it was something about his awesomeness hotness or something very inappropriate!
Dying to know what the hecks in the note! I was kinda hoping that we found out what was written before Katy shoved it in her bag
I'm glad i'm not alone not knowing what Daemon wrote in the note! I was dying to know what Daemon did till Katy flushed THAT much! Knowing Daemon, he could have written anything dirty or ridiculous! HAHA!
I asked Jennifer in a video chat and she said she had been forbidden to release that note. :( I so wanted to know what it was to !

Kat wrote: "No but she is going to have to at some point in time. She wouldn't leave the series like this."what do you mean ?
Well; the lux series is only five books long (or so we have been told) so now she knows we want an answer then surely she would not and, therefore, will not leave the mystery unsolved.
Kat wrote: "Well; the lux series is only five books long (or so we have been told) so now she knows we want an answer then surely she would not and, therefore, will not leave the mystery unsolved."she said shes not aloud to though and maybe its better left to the imagination
Kat wrote: "To tell us. Or did she actually say she is never allowed to reveal it within the books?"I wanted to know so a asked and she said her publisher wont let her.
No but what did you ask? Did you ask if it will be revealed in the books or did you just ask what it was?
i asked " will we ever find out what the note in trig class says?" and she replied " i have been forbidden to reveal what it says."
Kat wrote: "Hmm. Maybe she will in the books. She cant leave us forever. Maybe like in the last one ever. Idk."do we realy need to know? its not that important, i dont know. when i would come up again anyway
One, yes! Its a lose string that mist be tied. It's like the avenger's right. The captain gave him the ten dollars. Did he have to? No. But it made it so much better. And i had a theory that Daemon goes through her stuff after the whole Opal thing.

Oh good theory, Kat!
I approve!!
Kaylerr.mariee wrote: "lets all spam her on twitter begging to tell us. Im DYING to know"To twitter!!! We must know this!! Haha
Lol I will create a Twitter just to know what it says too! Lets all work hard on spamming together! XD
I don't think we'll ever find out. To me it was just a huge reason to laugh in the book. Maybe in reality, there really wasn't anything in the note. As horrible as it sounds, it might be true. I'll just hate to bother the author by demanding her to make up something that was never there while she should be focused on writing the third book. :(

Well it is very possible that the note is mentioned in Origin, since Origin is going to have Deamon's POV...
How exciting is that?!?!? We get to be all up in HIS head for once! lol...
I am DYING to read Origin. Its seems like Obsidian, Onyx and Opal were thrown at us so quickly and we actually have to wait for Origin. Also, I so want to know what the note said. Obviously, it will be inapropriate, because, I mean, it's Daemon. But the way he always teases her is so cute. I am in love with these books!
I'm hoping that the note will be revealed in origin. Since Katy is captured maybe it will be a memory she will reminisce over?
Amanda wrote: "I'm hoping that the note will be revealed in origin. Since Katy is captured maybe it will be a memory she will reminisce over?"good point maybe and i really hope so!!!!!
I would probably throw the last book out of the window and then calmly go to collect it before repeating the process five times if we don't find out.
i read in J. Armentrout's blog that she wasn't allowed to write ANYTHING about note for now.Who is with me? I am about to leave home with an axe in my hand to murder her editor!
I can't believe that jennifer isn't allowed to say what the note said... can't wait until origin! the ending of opal literally almost killed me!
I've copied her answer off Facebook. Here goes...The note. THE NOTE. What do I tell you guys about the note? And I know ya'll know what note I'm talking about, but for the ones who don't, it's referencing the note that Daemon passes Kat in Onyx and... well, the other reference is spoiler-ish, so please do not mention when the note comes back up in this status so people who haven't read Opposition aren't spoiled.
The note was originally in Onyx, but was removed during the editing process. At that point, the publisher had asked me not to share the note. They thought it would be better if the contents of the note was left to the reader's imagination, and I agreed. I wrote Onyx and a couple of years, and since the note was edited out, I have no idea what the exact wording of the note is now, and it will never be posted in its entirety, because the original note is somewhere on an old laptop and/or in the recesses of my brain.
BUT what I will tell you about the note is that it was written by Daemon, so right there should give you a good hint at the inappropriateness of said note. Everything you're imagining the note to be, if you're thinking along the lines of something naughty and sexual, then you are correct. It wasn't so much a love note, more like an idea on the many positions he'd like to showcase his love for Katy.
So that's the note. That's all I can ever say about the note. It was Daemon being Daemon.
