When you search, sometimes it works better to use the ISBN instead of the title...that's what I did just now, anyway:)

Looking at Fatal Flaw by Sandy Curtis for No. 8 - will let you all know what I decide for No. 7. Have just started
- happy reading everyone.
Started reading The Fire Within which is my green book. I've been waiting ages to start this challenge so it's good to finally be able to dive right in.
Looks like I'll be making some changes too! As all of us library users know, I've had 4 books that I've had on hold forever come in all at once. So I'll either work them into the challenge or read like a rockstar to get them all done :)I'm currently reading Gone Girl and I, Alex Cross and both covers are black (no rainbow at all)
So we'll see how I go!
Great you're all under way guys...things are sounding good! Remember, you don't have to read the list in number order! Have fun, and enjoy your reading:)
I stayed up past my bedtime last night finishing my purple book,
★★★★★ I really loved the story, and the illustrations are beautiful. I'll read this one to my daughter one day :-)

"Did you enjoy it Deb?"
yes, thank you Brenda. It was a great read which I found difficult to put down at times. It was a delectable blend of love, naivety, deception and gruesomeness.

I have started on my first book -
Papoosed by Patricia Rockwell - which is my Green Book.I have decided that In the Company of Strangers by Liz Byrski is going to be my new release (is on order at the library and I am first on the list) so all I have left is to decide on my title or cover relating to spring - don't think anything fits on my TBR shelf - so will have to think somemore about it - have 3 months to find one anyway :)

Hi Brenda,
Yes, I did and No, I didn't - I enjoyed the storyline but at some stages during the book, I got a bit confused and it felt like it took me ages to finish - one of those stories that just drags on and on and you can't wait to get to the end of it. However, this won't deter me from trying another of her novels.
I am, however, thoroughly enjoying
so far - now, if I could just find myself a quiet corner ...
Michael wrote: "She is a great author Phrynne. I would recommend tracking down the other books in the series."
I fully intend to. My husband has just read her latest one so that is sitting on my shelf waiting for me to read my way up to it.

Well I've read my Yellow book:
Conspiracy - 5 stars!!Review: http://www.goodreads.com/review/show/...
Thanks Michael... just in case you couldn't tell I have a bit of a thing for Sicarius. *drools some more*
I (didn't) finish my second book: #1 Red The Kingmaking, Helen Hollick
. I gave it a disappointing 2 stars. Oh well, ever onwards.

"Isabel, What did you think of The Engagement: A Novel? I've got it on my TBR list
Fantastic results everyone! Looks like most of you are enjoying the challenge so far:)
I'm reading my red book... The Other Daughter by Lisa Gardner..loving it!

Well, remember I mentioned something about that "quiet corner" in my previous post ... I've been ill and off work so have made great headway with my challenge. I finished
yesterday (my green book), and let me just say ... wow. I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'll certainly be reading more of Ms Kane - now I need to get my little hands on the next one in the Forensic Instincts series. Also, in-between resting, I've managed to finish my blue book
as well. Don't have much to say about this novella as, at the end of the day, erotica is generally just that ... erotica. Although, Maya Banks and Shayla Black appear to be very talented writers. I will read more of them in the future, but for now, I've started enjoying my next book
.
Brenda wrote: "Looking good Marcia...hope you're feeling better soon!"Thanks Brenda - I sure have been feeling really poorly the last few days (I end up catching everything the kids bring home) - don't know what I'd do without my books on days like these and am eternally grateful to my wonderful mother (who I haven't seen in almost 4 years) for introducing me to the world of reading at such a young age.

I know...our books are wonderful for sure! Sink into another world, where the worries are not there, nor the stresses. Relax and enjoy! We have a lot to thank our Mum's for:)
