**Spring Reading Challenge - 1/9/12 - 30/11/12**

Excellent! Did you enjoy Cloud Atlas? Which story was your favourite??"
I think I liked Somni the best, the Timothy Cavendish story was quite good too. I wasn't as keen on Sloosha's Crossin', for some reason I was expecting it to explain more?

Now Marcia, you have a week left to read the spring books you have left;P O_o!!

Still hoping to finish my last book American Gods by Friday but I am hampered by the fact that I only listen to it while I am walking my dog. He may have to have some extra long walks this week. He won't mind. And it is a very good book.

I'm sure your dog won't mind Phrynne...I'm yet to hear a dog complain because of too much walking!! lol

Too true. Though I nearly got us both run over this morning. I did that thing where what I was listening to was so much more engrossing than looking both ways when crossing a road. The dog, the driver and I all had simultaneous near heart attacks. Good books do that to me.

Oh dear!!! That's a worry Phrynne!!
Oh dear!!! That's a worry Phrynne!!

Oh Phrynne I can relate to that. I can't listen to thrillers or crime on audio while driving. I get too caught up in the story that I'm not fully concentrating on the roads. Now I will only listen to something light.

Yeah, Brenda, I tried - I really tried, but I doubt I'm going to finish the second rainbow in a week!! Needless to say, I ordered one of the books from the library and I still haven't had notification to collect :)

Lets hope we both get our notification tommorrow.

I loved this too Marcia. It had me gripped from the very first page...5/5 stars for me :)

Sonmi was my fave too. I though Cavendish got what was coming to him. Sloosha's Crossing was a bit of a slog too.
