Is that the one that's a sleep aid, or the one that enhances an anti-depressant?
Sleep aid. It doesn't keep you asleep, but knocks you out initially. It wears off in 4 hrs. So, if you just need help relaxing and falling asleep it's FANTASTIC. Well...provided you are not one of the adversely affected. Sleep driving has been known to happen, but the most common is sleep eating. So far, I have not woken up covered in chocolate cake. :)

When my neighbor calls me after 10:00, we have Ambien talk, which means that we talk about our day, and then she doesn't remember it in the morning. Sometimes I don't answer my phone because it seems like a waste of time.
