Yer I'm with u here, I never saw the point of the whole Daniel and Shelby thing either. Lauren Kate could have done something with it but instead just mentioned it and it wasn't spoken of again. I loved Fallen but bit went downhill for me from there

It does mention her dying her hair back ... I can't think off the top of my head where, but it isn't too long after she dyed it originally ... Remember Daniel hated it and finally she realized that it wasn't going to make her a new person. As for your other question .... I have no idea haha maybe the Shelby and Daniel thing was to just add some tension in the story.
It's been a while since I've read torment so maybe dying her hair back skipped my mind, thanks. The Shelby/Daniel thing could have been a lot more interesting and could have added to the plot- a love triangle/quadrangle/pentangle?
In Tourment she dyes her hair back when she returns to sword and cross. This is right before they all go to Luce's house for thanksgiving.
i'm confused! she dyes her hair back to black or what was the original color? plus the Shelby and Miles thing was totally uncalled for and stupid if you ask me. why would you go all out about Miles falling in love with Luce to make the love square (Luce,Daniel,Cam,and Miles) just to take him out in a half book (Fallen In Love) and make him fall in love with someone else out of nowhere? What was the point of him being in the book then?!?!?! Don't get me wrong, i loved Miles in this series but the point of him in the book was just pointless to me. I was highly disappointed :(
The whole story feels unbalanced...stuff don't sense. There was potential, duly noted, but it just never lived up to that potential. Such a let down when the story could have been so awesome.
