Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Spy: expected publication?

Twinkle, Twinkle Little Spy (aka "Catching a Falling Spy") was published in 1976, but is listed in the newsletter as new release for this month.
Is it a new revision of the old book or a glitch?

Looks like an Australian edition is a republished edition. It was originally listed for being published later this month, but the publisher's website says it was published back in January
