Do you read more classics, or contemporary? (Sally wore pants in 1992, Cheri was in heels, Laurin was in Huggies)

I use to only read what are commonly referred to as classics. Now, I read ya and fantasy for the most part, with a few diversions here & there.

I love reading both classics and more contemporary literature. Right now I'm reading Crime & Punishment, which has been a favourite of mine for almost ten years now. I love most of the Russian greats I've read.

Have you read Tolstoy's Master and Man? That is a favorite of mine, Janine.

I've only read Anna Karenina, which I loved.

I've read a lot of Tolstoy but haven't read Master and Man yet, although several people have told me they love it. Anna Karenina is one of my favorite reads of all time.
