Mason thought about,"I'm not sure..mad no but I'm not sure."
Lily pouted, her shoulders slumping. "I was hoping you would be happy." She said, making a 'hmp' sound. Unconsciously, her hand circled her stomach.
"Maybe i can answer in like 5 minutes but for now I need to just sort my mind."
Lily nodded. "Right..." She stood, dusting off her pants. She went over to the bed and sat down, staring blankly at the wall.
Mason took several deep breaths to calm his heart rate and leaned against the wall.After 4 minutes he had his mind sorted and stood sat next to Lily.
Lily didn't look away from the wall. "Well?" She said, her voice having a tired rasp to it.
Mason hugged her,"Well I can't say I'm overjoyed cuz I just found out I'll be a daddy but I'm......happy enough." He said thinking for better words
Lily grinned, turning to him. "Good, because I would have punched you if you weren't." She wrapped her arms around him, not even kidding.
Mason smiled at the thought then the smile disappeared knowing she wasn't joking
Lily simply grinned. Then suddenly her eyes widened and she bent over, groaning.
Mason flinched away,"What's wrong?"
"Nothing...just...the baby." Lily panted between breaths. Her face was scrunched up in pain.
Not knowing what to do Mason just held her wait for her to relax
After a few moments, Lily sighed as the cramps faded. "Sorry, that's been happening a lot lately." She forced a smile and then realized Mason was holding her. She held onto him, resting her head against his chest.
"How long has it been."He asked slightly poking her belly
Lily giggled, grabbing his hand and resting it on her stomach. "About two weeks, I think."
Mason thought for a second,"Well I'm not a doctor but I'm pretty sure it's a little too early to feel pain...but don't trust me with that comment."He said smiling
Lily looked at him, the ghost of a smirk on her face. "Well, it's not an ordinary baby. Who knows, it could already be making fireballs in there." She was only half joking.
Mason laughed and though back to the medicine man and his words
Lily's ears pricked up when they heard thumping from the next room over. "That's Thomas's room." She murmured, a smirk growing on her face.

Noir suddenly moved slightly, her hand sliding out from under the covers to creep up to her forehead where she wiped the her hair back, breathing easier. She swallowed, her throat dry and a bit sore.
Nick jolted awake, his eyes blinking. "Hey beautiful." He said, the smallest of smiles coming to his face.
Noir looked over at him, her eyes an off color. "Nick?" She whispered hoarsly. "What... Happened?" She asked, blinking the magic sleep away.
"You fainted after your magic broke." Nick said softly, standing and walking over to her. He rested his hand on her arm. "Are you okay?"
She propped herself up on her elbows, her head heavy. "Yeah... I think so." She mumbled. "You fixed it, though. My wand." She looked at Nick quickly. "How did you do that?"
Nick looked down for a moment, then back up at Noir, his eyes glistening. "I don't know. I just...did it." Shadows swirled around his fingers. "I was so scared that you were going to die, that...it just happened."
Noir watched him, eyes flickering between his face and his fingers. She threw the covers of her bed off and swung her legs over the edge, feeling better. "Well whatever happened," She took his shoulder. "I'm glad you did it. Thank you!" She said, giving him a quick hug.
Nick nodded. "Anything for you." He murmured, holding onto her tightly.
Noir allowed herself a small shudder as the trauma of what just happened replayed itself in her mind. "That's never happened to me before..." She said quietly, not letting go of Nick. "If you hadn't been there, I would have died." Her voice cracked on the last word a little.
Nick buried his face into her shoulder, shaking. "Now that I've found you, I can't lose you. It's like your a part of me now." He whispered, tendrils of shadows circling them.
"I know." Noir agreed, pushing her head up against his. "I know. But you won't loose me, I promise." She whispered back, holding him in devotion.
((In devotion OH MY LAWD, THIS IS CHEESY.))Nick turned his head and kissed her, salty tears streaming down his face.
((I KNOW BUT I JUST HAD TO SAY IT!!!! Can you blame me?! That's like, epic cheesesauce! I couldn't pass that up! XDDD))Noir felt his tears on her own face and melted, paining for him. She pulled her head away for a moment and looked at him, putting her hand on his head. "Don't cry." She said, her face sad all by itself.
((HAHA.))Nick blinked rapidly, wiping at the tears furiously. He was angry at himself for being so weak when he's supposed to be unfeeling.
Noir smiled softly at him and then reached up and ran her hand across his face, her magic making his tears dry quickly with a slightly chill effect. "It's alright," She said. "I don't care."
Nick laughed harshly. "I'm not used to this...Feeling all these different emotions." He shook his head. "It's so unfamiliar to me."

Noir nodded, completely understanding. "It's fine," She repeated. "I know how you feel." She bit her lip, frowning.
Nick smiled at her lovingly, leaning forward and kissing her again. ((HAHA, evil love is the best!))
