Nick makes a strangled noise and moves forward, punching Natasha right in the face. The Avenger topples over, blood pouring out of her nose.

Thomas raised his eyebrows, spitting sprinkles out of his mouth. He smiled. "Nice move. But not yet." His finger twitched and the tree above them moved, a branch swinging down and knocking her off of him. He stood, cocking his head to the side.

Bruce jumped back, startled at Natasha's venom but not trying at all to stop her.

Noir shrieked and let the pieces drop, a sudden and swift headpang blossoming forth in extreme measures. She doubled over in pain, feeling like a limb had been torn away. The pain was so intense she dropped to her knees and held her head like it was a broken bit of china.

Nick looked away from Natasha and leaped towards Noir.
"What's wrong, Noir?" He asked, his eyes wide with panic. "Oh my god, what the hell did you do to her?!" He shouted at Natasha.

Boki caught the sprinkles in her mouth. She was surprised but took the hit though she could have easily dodged. Soon she was holding Thomas in a wrestling hold, devilishly grinning.

Noir panted, her breath coming painfully. "I... I can't... My life in in there." She grabbed her wand pieces and tried fruitlessly to stick them back together.

Bruce watched in horror, grabbing Natasha's arm. "Let's go," He whispered feverishly, pulling her towards the door.

Nick's heart nearly stopped. "No." He shook his head, not going to let her die. Using his shadows, he took the wand from her and wove the pieces back together. The shadows weaved into the pieces, locking them together tightly. Nick concentrated hard, pouring his heart and soul into the shadows to make the spell powerful. When the wand was together again, he looked back at Noir, desperately hoping it worked.

Natasha nodded, her eyes wide as she dragged Bruce out the hideout door.

Boki liked the sensation and softly took his face in her hands. She could hang upside down for exactly fourteen hours before her face even turned red.

A vine flew out and wrapped around Thomas's ankle and he was suddenly upside down too, his leafy hair hanging around his face wildly. He grinned, wrapping his arms around Boki's waist and pulling her closer.

Noir gasped as Nick brought her wand back together, feeling the life-force come back from wherever it was going. Her eyes shot open as she felt her life return. Her head hung down as she began recovering, thanking Loki for Nick. "Nick," She whispered, voice barely loud enough to hear.

Nick wrapped his arms around Noir, holding her protectively. "It's okay." He whispered. "You're okay now." He stroked her hair, his hands still shaking from fear and adrenaline. Relief filled his veins and he thanked all the gods in the world. Mostly Loki of course.

She shuddered, cluthing the magical item thankfully. Noir's skin warmed beyond normal and her eyes glazed over. "I need to sleep," She breathed, already going limp in his arms. "Thank you." She murmered, eyes closing against her will.

Nick stared at her for several more moments before standing, taking her up with him. He carried her to her room and laid her in her bed gently. Leaning in, he kissed her forehead softly and sat down on the floor. He leaned against the wall and closed his eyes, preparing to wait for her until she woke up.

Lily's eyes widened and she crouched down beside him. "Mason." She said calmly, grabbing his shirt and pulling his face to hers. Her eyes flashed dangerously. "You're not the one who gets to freak out. You're not the one who has to deal with nine months of pregnant problems and has to give birth." She eyed him, wondering if he was even hearing this.
