Noir preened her fingernails as she thought. She absentmindly brought out her wand once more and flicked it easily back and forth, in little swirls and patterns. Tiny black butterflies appeared and flitted around for a while until their wings fell off and disintigrated into nothing. She sent a gigantic moth flying over to Burn's face, letting it land on his nose in amusement. "I'm having fun," She told him as the fat moth clinged to his face.

Noir whispered a word and the bird fell apart and melded with the air. She twisted her wand and a black cat leaped onto Burn's lap, rubbing fur onto his shirt and pants as if they were velcro. It suddenly turned into a massive slug and stuck wetly onto his pantleg. She smirked.

Noir stiffled a small scream as the ravens attacked. She waved her arm and they burst into purple flames, the final smoke wafting away. Smothing her hair back after it had been greatly messed by the murder, she twisted her arm and flicked her wand in one deft motion. A tendril of black sinue wrapped itself along Burn's torso and up his neck; letting off an oil-like odour and slickness.

Lily returned the glare. "Shut up." She muttered, walking over to the couch. She looked tired, angry, and confused.

Nick was blinking really quickly and his fingers were twitching uncontrollably. Dark flashes skipped across his eyes and he couldn't see or think straight. Loud booming sounds were coming from all different directions in his mind.

"What's your problem?" Noir asked angrily, watching Lily with suspicion. She shook her head, letting it go and turned back to Nick. She saw his twiching and took his arm. "Are you alright, Nick?" She asked in concern.

And then, as suddenly as they started, the flashes ended. Nick sighed with relief and slumped to the floor, burying his face in his hands.
