My book is listed here as only an ebook, it's now available in print as well...is there a way I can link them together?

We can't use amazon info, so if you can type up all the info here.

If the cover is the same, we can just take it from the ebook. If the print version has the old cover, with the "Reds Hood" typo we fixed previously, you will need to provide the old cover (since that is the cover it was printed as).
